My client is a well established online retailer based in Hanley.

I am recruitng for bright, bubbly individuals who enjoy all aspects of Customer Service.

You must have good PC skills and clear communication skills, full traing will be given to the right sucussful canidates.

You will be dealling with corrosponance by email, letters and over the phone dealing with refunds, returns and damages etc.

Hours of work are between???. 8 - 5 Monday -Friday (early finish on a Friday) every other Saturday 9 - 1 pm.
