Our client, a successful and expanding company based in Sutton Coldfield are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to start immediately on a 3 Month temporary basis initially.

There is the opportunity to then progress to a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

You will be supporting the internal and field team by providing accurate and timely support and maintaining excellent and prompt customer service.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

* Dealing with internal queries

* Logging all information onto the in house database

* Processing paperwork and updating internal systems

* Liaising with internal and external departments

Key Skills:

* Strong communication skills - both oral and written

* Organised with strong attention to detail

* Proficient IT skills

Working hours:

Monday - Friday

9.00am - 5.00pm

Salary:

GBP 9.12 per hour
