TristoneNash are currently assisting a Regional Housing Provider with the appointment of a Development Administrator to work within the New Build Development Directorate of the organisation.

The role is expected to lead and develop the Programme team to ensure that Home England targets, priorities and standards are met via effective programme management, maximising programme delivery and receipt of grant.

It will also provide business insight through data interrogation and trend analysis to the Development Programme, as well as being able to administer and ensure satisfactory Compliance Audit outcomes.

Core duties will include:

* Understand the contractual relationship with Homes England for each of their funding programmes and interpret risks and implications for the wider business and Partners involved.

* Prepare bid strategies for all Homes England funding programmes which are in line with Business Plan and fully support the Growth Strategy.

* Provide business insight through strategic data and trend analysis into the Development Programme through the creation and implementation of wide-ranging analysis of existing and future Development opportunities.

* Provide Business support to Regional Development Managers and Assistant Directors of Development at the earliest stage of new opportunities to ensure they have appropriate information to support the negotiation process for new Development deals.

* Responsible for ensuring relevant and constructive management information is provided to the Senior Development team to inform strategic direction.

* Maintain a detailed knowledge of the Capital Funding Guide and other Homes England guidance documents to ensure audit compliance with all regulatory standards demanded by Homes England.

The successful candidate is required to have;

* A Degree with MBA or equivalent relevant experience.

* A proven ability to build detailed and insightful models to enhance the decision-making process

* A thorough understanding of Finance including accounting and financial audit knowledge of Sales and Development activity

* Advanced Excel modelling Skills

* Experience of working at management level in a complex organisation.

* Excellent business acumen including strategic and tactical thinking skills with a commitment to pursuing value for money through continuous improvement.

* Excellent verbal and numerical reasoning skills including monitoring and evaluating, judgement and decision making.

* Ability to research and write reports on complex issues, summarising large amounts of information where required.

* Confident, independent and proactive manager

* Highly organised with attention to detail

* Ability to travel to nationwide to meetings, as required
