We are looking for an immediately available Front of House Administrator to join our City Centre based client on a temp to perm part time basis working Monday to Friday 11am to 4:45pm.

Front of House Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Warmly meet and greet any visitors or customers to the office
  • Deliver effective administration support to anyone who needs it
  • Answer any inbound calls to the switchboard in an efficient professional manner
  • Admin duties to include filing, scanning, photocopying and dealing with post
  • Typing of letters, minutes and notes
  • Diary Management and booking meeting rooms
  • Responsible for petty cash and replenishment of office stock
  • Utilise Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint to produce reports and spreadsheets
  • Updating client data on the in-house database

Front of House Administrator Profile:

  • Must be IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Packages
  • Flexible to occasionally cover at the Lichfield site when needed
  • Smartly presented with an approachable attitude
  • Ability to use own initiative when required
  • Own transport preferred
