We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator looking to work as part of a fun, friendly and supportive team!

  • Friendly and supporting environment
  • 09:00 AM - 17:30 PM
  • £21,000 - £25,000
  • Parking on-site

Location: Tyseley

***Please note this is a 3 month FTC with the possibility to go permanent***

  • Working closely with the Operations Directors to support with various administrative and project tasks
  • Meetings management, including room bookings, taking minutes or action points.
  • Working with the Administration Officer and Executive Assistant in the co-ordination of administrative tasks for the Directors
  • Co-ordinating projects and ensuring that deadlines are effectively communicated and chased up
  • Creating slide decks / Presentations on behalf of the Director
  • Providing administration support to the engineering team, assisting on projects
  • Taking minutes within project meetings and ensuring that these are circulated in a timely manner
  • Working closely with the Operations Director to plan the Office Relocation. Putting project plans together and co-ordinating meetings

  • Experience in project support, coordination and administration
  • Previous experience in supporting senior management
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Experience, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills - be able to multi task
  • Good time management
  • Team Player
  • Proactive in their approach
