Job Title: Customer Care Administrator
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
Location: Tyseley, Birmingham
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

A reputable, friendly and successful organisation within the construction industry is seeking a highly organised, adaptable and customer-focused individual to join their busy Customer Care team. This is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance team to ensure ongoing projects and ad hoc requests from customers are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Working in a friendly and fast-paced team your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Administration support for the Customer Care Supervisor to control works that are
in progress and to complete jobs
- Act as a key point of contact between customers, maintenance teams, sites and
- Managing and recording information regarding all active works and customer cases
- Provide contracts managers with regular updates of outstanding works on live sites
- Effective communication with residents to assist and coordinate completion of
- Producing weekly and monthly reports for customers regarding outstanding works
- General administration as required

Skills and experience

- Good level of general education
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Strong communication skills and good attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and liaise with different teams and
third parties
- Strong IT skills
- A team player with a strong ethic
- Experience working within the construction/property industry, or scheduling
engineering work would be desirable although not essential
