Our client a rapidly expanding and forward thinking manufacturing organisation are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator to their team

Key Responsibilities
Schedule all reactive and planned work to the correct resource, paying attention to response targets, geographical locations and technical expertise.
Ensuring all works are scheduled in the most effective and efficient manner to deliver customer excellence whilst managing commercials.
Provide high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Facilitate a seamless contract delivery process to ensure a positive client experience.
Advise Service Manager of any issues with specific jobs, clients or engineers.
Act with autonomy -taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction.
Write and respond to, routine correspondence and answer ad hoc queries from Service customers in a timely manner.
Have full accurate use and understanding of systems used for logging and scheduling jobs.
Ensure all engineers have a full schedule of work each day and are being fully utilised to ensure maximum productivity.
Ensure all pre-planned visits are arranged with external and internal customers to avoid any access issues.
Ensure all jobs are attended and completed using the correct process and within the required response time.
Deal with telephone queries promptly and in a professional manner

Key Skills & Qualifications
Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience.
Experience of managing resources to optimise performance, in a target driven scheduling environment, recognising and taking into account, skills, availability and location.
Enthusiastic, disciplined and a good team player.
High level of communication skills and has the ability to provide detailed information and advice in a clear and positive manner using all communication channels.
Good customer service skills.
Experience of working in a fast paced service delivery environment.
Passionate about delivering high quality service to agreed KPIs and SLA's both internally and externally.
Ability to work under and respond positively to pressure in a busy and diverse market sector.
A creative approach to analysing and solving problems through the use of technology and reported information.
