Complaints Manager with Customer Experience background, Root Cause Analysis

Your new company
A major utilities company. You will be working on a change project within the Customer Experience function. The overarching focus is that of refining the experience the customer has and allowing the business to be proactive. The role has landed due to a need by my client to review their current processes after centralising this team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for formalising an approach to complaint management and carrying out a root cause analysis to establish clear reasons and resolutions for the complaints the business processes. In addition, you will also be responsible for reviewing the data that flows through the department and establishing clear reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience of working within a operational complaints management setting ideally from Customer experience
  • Ideally worked within a regulated environment
  • Have carried out a root cause analysis to problem solve
  • Have carried out process mapping or understanding
  • Have understanding data and MI
