The Client
* Our Client has been established in the Education Recruitment Industry for 22 years and is looking to take on 360 Consultant.
* If you have experience of working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant and you love what you do but feel you're ready for your next challenge, our Client is looking for five new extremely well presented and highly professional consultants who get a buzz out of recruitment to join their expanding team.

* There is a shortage of teachers in the Education industry, so the Education Recruitment Sector is extremely fast paced and lucrative, perfect for those who are looking for an exciting and financially rewarding career as an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
Birmingham City Centre
* As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:
* Take on a warm desk, working on existing accounts
* Create job adverts from Clients' specifications and upload them onto job boards and other platforms to attract the best talent
* Speak to candidates both over the phone and face to face, to qualify whether or not they are suitable for each Client
* Carry out all compliance procedures on behalf of the Clients including CBR checks and maintain up to date records of all candidates on the company CRM according to GDPR regulations
* Manage the candidate and Client expectations throughout the recruitment process and ensure that all arrangements for interviews are set up correctly.
Required qualities and skillsets
* The successful Recruitment Consultant:
* You must be extremely professional and have an excellent telephone manner
* You must have the ability to sell and be personable to build rapport from candidates
* Must have a natural desire to succeed
* Have an excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and written skills
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Great attention to detail.
Required Experience
* To be considered for the Recruitment Consultant position, you must have at least 2 years' experience as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant preferably within the education sector.
