We are currently recruiting for a Contract Co-ordinator to work at one of our clients based in Wolverhampton on a temporary basis.

The hours are 09:00-17:00

The duties include:

- Accurate system updating, reporting and inputting data on to a system.

- Timely and accurate query resolution to emails and phone calls

- Account administration

- Liaise with our customers, colleagues and external partners.

- Support the office with general administration duties, namely, answering phone enquiries, invoicing, quotations

- Speak to contractors and customers over the phone.

- Good team player.

- Raising any concerns or issues accordingly to your manager

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

Person specification:

- Previous admin experience

- Excellent IT skills (Outlook/Excel/Word and internal systems after training)

- Ability to understand and comply with all company policies and procedures

- Good problem solving skills and the ability to work on own initiative

- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure

- Professional with a can do attitude
