The Role:

Liaising with customers via telephone and email
Taking approximately 25 calls per day
Processing up to 400 orders per day
Customer service

Skills & experience required:

SAP experience ideal but not essential
Working in a fast-paced environment
Processing orders and speaking with customers daily
Good telephone manor
Good IT skills
Communication skills
Previous office-based customer service experience required

Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
