8:30am - 5pm early finish on Friday

Our successful Telford based client is looking for a Customer Order Coordinator to join their friendly team on a temp-to-perm basis. The company have been established for over 30 years and are an industry leader within their market. This role will be made up of primarily of 2 parts, with 75% of the role being focused on coordination and administration and 25% of the role reception based duties.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

* Liaising with sub-contractors in order to meet production schedules

* Ensuring all paperwork is correct for inbound deliveries

* Monitoring and maintaining the subcontractor schedule

* Book outbound deliveries into customers

* Logging information to the CRM database

* Preparing outbound delivery paperwork

* Liaising with transport companies for ETA's of collections/deliveries

* Filing paperwork

* Sending and sorting emails

* Reception cover, including meeting and greeting visitors and signing them in and out of the site, transferring calls and/or taking messages, ordering buffets and keeping the diary for the main meeting rooms

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position you must have previous experience working in an administrative or office based coordinator role. This is a very varied position where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential. As well as strong administrative skills you must be a confident communicator including a professional telephone manner. You will have a confident and approachable personality and you will be comfortable in managing your work load effectively.
