The Integrated Payments team develop partnerships with the software companies and technology service firms who build and market point-of-sale (POS) systems and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. We build strong partnerships with these companies by making it as easy, fast and advantageous as possible for them to embed our payments processing into their software.

How you will contribute?
You will be responsible for nurturing, supporting and developing our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) platform partners working with partnership management, leadership, inside sales, product, and engineering to ensure that we are supporting and developing our partners from a technical standpoint to increase traction and acquire new merchants via the software partner's end users.

You will manage a portfolio of ISV's in tandem with Partner Managers to further develop software partnerships to help Worldpay secure new merchants and offer existing clients differentiated solutions.

You will also be the escalation for any technical queries that are past to them that the Technical Service Desk/Level 3 Support cannot resolve. You will build close relationships with the ISV's technical teams, arrange quarterly reviews and be their main "go to" person within Worldpay. This role is critical as we grow our IP business and provide best in class technical servicing.

You will have had success at defining and aligning software partner/product strategies and programs to maximise partner retention and revenue performance with strong SMB customer experience and knowledge of software partnerships/technology sales
