Head of Procurement
My client is a dynamic and thriving property management business, providing agile, sustainable and future-thinking commercial spaces.
They are now searching for a Head of Procurement - a senior leader of policy, process and strategy - to join their first class team.
You should be an established & experienced purchasing / procurement lead across both goods & services.
Location: Birmingham (with regular travel to their other offices, e.g. London)
Salary: up to GBP55,000 depending on qualifications and experience

You'll ensure compliance across the board, maintaining standards against all relevant legislation / codes of practice.
Responsible to implement & monitor company-wide SLA's and KPI's, alongside management reporting tools.
Confident to manage the host of approved suppliers & negotiate rates / terms across the business.
Team management experience is important, as you will head up the all-hours Service Desk team.
You will ideally be CIPS qualified (or other purchasing / supply chain accreditation)
