Salary: GBP15-18k + commission

  • As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to:
  • Create job adverts from Clients specifications and upload them on multiple advertising platforms and job boards to market positions and attract the best talent.
  • You will source candidate's CV's through matching their skillsets to the relevant job descriptions
  • You will interview candidates both over the phone and face to face, to sell the opportunite, build up rapport and find out more about their experience and skillset, to qualify whether or not they are suitable for each Client.
  • Carry out all compliance procedures on behalf of the Clients including CBR checks and maintain up to date records of all candidates on the company CRM according to GDPR regulations.
  • Manage the candidate and Client expectations throughout the recruitment process and ensure that all arrangements for interviews are set up correctly.
  • Make calls and visit Clients to showcase the Agency and the service they offer to win new business and expand the Agency's portfolio of Clients.


You must have an excellent telephone manner

Excellent communication, written skills

Excellent time management and organisation skills

Natural Desire to learn, with an excellent work ethic and can-do attitude

Great attention to detail.


You must have at least 2 years' sales experience or have a minimum of one year's experience working in a Recruitment Agency.
