Our client based in Cheadle near Manchester Airport is a leading provider of innovative employment law and related HR support services. Services include management training, e-learning and ongoing or project based outsourced ER support to exciting and prestigious clients.

The business currently has an opportunity for a Trainer to work with their clients across the UK. You will be designing and delivering both face to face and on-line courses centering around employee relations and management.

We are looking for a proactive, self motivated individual who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment with a keen interest in employee relations / employment law topics to design and deliver bespoke training programmes for our clients' managers and HR teams through workshop, webinar and digital solutions such as animated videos and e-learning. You would also have the opportunity to drive business development and participate in projects to enhance the company brand and offerings.

You will have extensive experience of designing and delivering training in Employee Relations and Management topics and will be adept at balancing the needs of a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

As a creative individual with a passion for training, you will have a proven background in developing and designing workshop based training, with a particular focus on accelerated learning techniques. You will also possess solid knowledge and experience of designing and administering training evaluation and methods to make learning accessible to those with disabilities. Experience of designing and delivering e-learning solutions using Articulate or similar and knowledge of the process requirements for external accreditation bodies would be advantageous as we believe the right candidate would quickly develop in these areas.

You'll have the necessary communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and be a real team player to collaborate with the wider team to turn ideas into reality. You will be excited to contribute new and creative ideas every day and constantly look for ways to improve. With amazing attention to detail and strong organisational skills you will manage your own workload and be able to meet quick turn-around deadlines.

In return, you will recieve a competitive salary of circa GBP45-GBP50k dependent upon experience, a pension plan, private healthcare and 25 days paid holiday + Bank Holidays per year. Please note that the role is client driven and involves regular travel to client premises throughout the UK which will necessitate overnight stays. You must hold a full, clean driving licence and have your own vehicle.

Due to the nature of the role you will not be office based and could therefore be based anywhere in the North West or The Midlands as long as you can attend meetings at the office when needed.
