HR Administrator roles - West Midlands
Katie Bard are pleased to be recruiting for multiple HR administrator positions throughout Birmingham and the West Midlands. Whether an experienced professional or looking to take the first step into a HR career, there are a wide selection of opportunities for a committed and driven individual to take the next step in their career.
Duties will include:
- Managing employee status databases, including the processing of starters/leavers documentation and other such employee documentation
- Providing HR support for organisational members as required, including FAQ's, general queries and project work
- Looking to go above and beyond the role where possible, for example through the reviewing and updating HR methods to increase process efficiency
- Ensuring employee databases are accurate, current and GDPR compliant
