Part time HR Administrator
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an SME Manufacturing businesses in Coventry for a Part Time HR Administrator. This role can be offered on 3 full days, across 5 days or however flexibly you would like! The role will pay up to GBP22,000 pro rata.
The company have strong growth plans and so this role will be pivotal in supporting with the business growth plan.
The key responsibilities for this position include but will not be limited to:
-Managing all ER investigations from start to finish, coaching and supporting managers through the process
-Managing all recruitment activity across the business, understanding different line managers requirements
-Collecting all compliance documentation including right to work
-Ensuring all legal documentation is up to date including handbooks, policy and procedures
-Amending and continual management of contractual changes
-Managing the payroll process from start to finish including any changes to salaries, updating on maternity&paternity pay, sickness etc
-Any adhoc projects
