Are you an experienced administrator looking to develop your experience in a fast moving and forward thinking company?

Job Purpose

A varied and challenging role, supporting the Timesheets department within the Accounts division. Maintaining accuracy and efficiency in order to meet deadlines and targets, whilst also communicating proficiently and minimising errors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contracts & Timesheets
  • Issuing ACNs, COOs and TOEs to contractors. Setting up correctly on ETZ and managing self-bills where applicable.
  • Monitoring and communicating which contracts and documentation have been returned and which are still outstanding.
  • Chasing consultants for missing documentation.
  • Monitoring screening checks are being completed for contract workers.
  • Answering contractor queries in a prompt, professional and helpful manner.
  • Training as contingency for contractor payroll.
  • Reception
  • Being the first point of contact for all visitors.
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining a tidy work space and general upkeep of meeting rooms.
  • Handling post and banking.
