We are partnering with our client, an established Energy provider in Birmingham to recruit a seasoned HR Business Partner for a new role within the company.

The successful candidate will hold a CIPD Qualification and will have a solid background in generalist HR with proven experience of business partnering, supporting up to Board Level, with a proven track record in a similar role coupled with knowledge of 'best practice' HR principles and procedures, particularly in respect of employee relations, performance management and driving engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the senior management team demonstrating a strong and confident communication style to build key relationships
  • Experience of Policy writing and implementation
  • Experience of Reward & Benefits, including salary bench marking tools
  • Manage all Employee Relations, providing expert guidance and advice to People Managers on all aspects relating to HR/ People including any grievance/disciplinary issues and supporting them through the process
  • Working closely with the wider People Team and business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy
  • Providing coaching to employees at all levels of our business in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner
