Pensions Administrator Job Coventry

Your new role

You will be responsible for taking calls, ensuring all pensions administration is carried out in accordance with service level agreements, undertaking work assignments as part of operational projects, communicating any work performance or training issues within the team as soon as they arise to the Team Manager, to ensure that the administration platform is used and maintained correctly, to calculate and communicate benefits, arrange payments and ensure that these are in accordance with the SLA's and to carry out any other ad hoc work as required, to assist other Pensions Administrators within the administration teams.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have strong administration based experience, have the ability to familiarise yourself with the benefits structures/ basis for all the schemes and the Finance Act 2004. You will need to have the ability to work to tight deadlines, have good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time and resources effectively. You will also need to have strong communication skills.

What you'll get in return

You will have a permanent position paying an annual salary of £19,000 to £21,000 depending on experience. You will be entitled to 26 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday, flexible working and up to 5% group wipe bonus and a defined benefit pension scheme.
