Your Responsibilities Daily processing and reconciliation of rental income and rent accounting ledger. Running weekly rent debit routines Undertaking all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Registering and coding supplier or issuing invoices, BACs payments, supplier statement reconciliations and credit control duties. Your required skills Must have experience with accounts payable and receivable (6-12 months) A positive and willing attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
