A new opportunity has arisen with the WEY Education group, for a Customer Administrator - Support and Attendance Monitoring to join our team based in Crickhowell, Wales. This is a full time, temporary position for 6 months with the potential to become permanent. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to GBP18,000 per annum depending on skills and experience, plus benefits.

About the Customer Administrator role:

The role requires the support of Academy21 clients on a national basis across England and Wales. It encompasses the day to day interaction with client staff to answer queries, provide requested information and as directed process pupil enrolments within our in-house systems.

Typically, this will be focused on the administration and management of school accounts and designated small local authority accounts, providing a temporary service to deliver regular attendance data on their pupils, identifying absent pupils and notifying customers where pupils have missed their Academy21 lessons.

It is expected that the post holder will work and communicate directly with clients and provide data entry of pupil enrolments as directed by two regional customer administrators but will report directly to the National Sales Manager.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Customer Administrator:

- Daily attendance monitoring and absence communications

- General administration support

- Dealing with day to day telephone enquiries and re-routing calls

- Processing student enrolments

- Keeping up to date records including a database of clients and pupils

- Telephone and customer service support.

What we are looking for in our Customer Administrator:

- Enhanced DBS clearance

- Customer service and/or support experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Qualified to A Level, BTec - NVQ -Level 3/4

- Highly computer literate, with experience of CRM's and relationship database

- High level of attention to detail, data accuracy, highly organised.
