3 full days per week plus Saturday mornings 9am-1pm

Our well established client in Telford is looking for a candidate with customer service experience to join their fantastic organisation as a lead coordinator. The role will be working part time hours which will include working Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm and then 3 other full days between Monday - Friday. The role will be based in a clean modern office environment within a friendly and supportive team. This is not a cold calling role but is following up on enquiries that come into the business through marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

* Follow up on leads that are received through the website by calling the customer and asking them some qualifying questions

* Lead generation management, handling sales leads that arrive into the business

* Using the Salesforce CRM system to record and monitor leads

* Ability to emphasise company and product values following training

* Regular interaction with the sales team and installer customer base

* Attend and participate in weekly assigned team meetings

* Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to other team members

Skills and Experience

To be considered for the post you must have existing telephone based customer service experience. You should have strong IT skills ideally including experience of using a CRM system. You will be organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and take ownership for your work. Previous experience of following up on leads would be advantageous. You will need to be able to pick up product knowledge with training. You must be available to work Saturday mornings.
