Experienced Female Support Workers
Experienced *Female Support Workers required for a lady who has an acquired brain injury and mental health illness living in the Stourbridge area. Our Client has recently transitioned from a nursing home to independent living, with a full care team based in the Stourbridge area close to her family and needs 2:1 care. Applicants must have experience of working with clients with a brain injury, challenging behaviour and mental health issues. Applicants must be motivated, patient, flexible and keen to make a difference to our client's quality of life and support her to live in her own home. It would be of additional benefit if you share some of our client's interest in nature, conservation, classical music, dance, poetry and arts and crafts. There are a variety of shifts to include waking nights, sleep-in and both bank day and night shifts available. Induction and training will be provided with the Client. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is essential. Rates of pay Monday to Friday -£ per hour Saturday and Sunday-£ per hour Sleep in shifts-£ per hour All posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure with Adult Workforce Barring. A full driving licence is essential.
